People are the heart of every company. We are an independent and owner-managed company with an outstanding, experienced and innovative team. We are passionate online marketers. We care about our clients, their interests, worries, hopes and hardships. We want to improve digital communication and because of that our marketing campaigns are focussing on the user. Therefore, we developed our own marketing strategy: User Centered Marketing Lifecycle (UCML)
In spring, our new headquarter opened in Berlin. With more than 800 m2 there is finally enough space for all our Berlin colleagues and everything needed for a good work experience: roughly 70 workstations, 3 conference rooms, a large kitchen and a comfortable common space with sofas, a football table and an xbox.
At the dmexco 2015 we presented our self-developed marketing strategy for the first time. Unlike other marketing strategies we are not focusing on limited marketing channels, narrow sales- and budget targets, as well as poorly defined target groups, but rather on the user and his needs.
Our five founders André, Evert, Holger, Philipp and Simon decided to merge their companies to The Reach Group. Based on the firm believe, that united they could provide a better service to their clients. From then on and with their combined experience, campaigns are provided holistic and interdisciplinary.
André, a trained graphic designer, and Holger, a trained copywriter, knew each other from work. At the beginning of the century they decided to do their own thing and founded their own company. Right away it is all about a trending new thing: Affiliate Marketing. Today André and Holger are experts in this field and still pursue their passion for this diverse and adaptable field.
“Holiday” was the keyword, AltaVista was the search engine. With this first ad Evert and his company entered the field of professional search engine marketing. Since 1999 his web design company already existed. Today Evert is one of the leading experts for search engine marketing.
You could easily call Philipp and Simon pioneers in display marketing: at the age of only 18 and 16 they published their first paid homepage. Only one year later they founded their first online marketing company. More than a decade later they are real specialist in the field of display marketing.
